Our guides are very experienced and will provide you with information about the history and attractions of the places you visit.
The tour was all inclusive which made it very nice. The drinks, bathrooms, lunch and entrance fees were all included. Our guides Josef and Adam were very knowledgeable regarding the history of the country and the rock formations, plants etc. It was a very enjoyable day. The hikes are all on paths — no rock scrambles. But the paths are steep at times. So if you are in fairly good physical condition you will be fine. I brought trekking poles to take the strain off my knees while going down the hill. And I wore hiking shoes, but you can do this hike with trainers. Show more
Nice trip, very motivated and kind team. Happy to have booked with Saxon Tours! Also met some nice people in the tour group. I think it was the right call for us to book the tour instead of traveling on our own. It’s hard to know the local tracks as well as professional guides would :)) Tip: depending on your tour, bring some proper hiking shoes. I had mine with me and was glad I did as it had rained recently. Show more

I absolutely loved this tour and can't say enough good things! Andra and Milan were amazingly thoughtful guides - I never felt rushed, we were given some great commentary about the park, lunch was hot, filling, and yummy, and the sites were absolutely fantastic. We went the first weekend in March so the park (outside the bridge) had a recent snowfall. Andra had "clamp ons" to keep us safe, and we walked / hiked at a comfortable pace to get through the park safely and enjoy the scenery. I was worried about the tour being too strenuous, but it really was fine and Andra kept checking on us to ensure we were okay. The tour duration was perfect as well - we weren't squeezing too much into a day and I'm glad I decided to do this visit from Dresden as opposed to Prague. Highly recommend this tour - you won't regret it! It's a small, intimate group, and Milan also took tons of great pictures for us and sent them over later. Five stars - one of the best tours I've had in a long time! Show more
