How it all started
Born out of love for our home
Hi, I’m Milan. I grew up in the Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland National Parks and spent every free moment exploring them. I knew every gorge, every viewpoint, and every shortcut.
When I saw the crowds of tourists rushing in just to snap a quick photo at the main spots before leaving, it made me sad. They were missing the most important part—the peace, the majesty, and the hidden gems that make this region so special.
That’s why I founded Saxon Tours. I wanted to create something different. Tours for people who truly want to experience nature, not just tick it off a list. Today, we are a small team of passionate local guides who share the same philosophy.
