Awesome tour

Milan and Jitka were awesome. Since they were from the Czech Republic, it was fun to learn about them and their country. The scenery was beautiful and they took care to pace the hiking to the needs of our group. It was more difficult then expected but even those with some mobility issues handled it well.

You won't regret it.

Get out of the city and touch the grass! This was a wonderful day out in nature. We felt very safe and well cared for. The walk is fairly rigorous, but you can set your own pace. Lunch was delicious and the views were incredible.

Amazing experience

A really special day exploring the beautiful Saxon National park.

We were met by our guide Dalibora and driver Milan outside our flat and we had a marvellous day. Dalibora was delightful and engaging and Milan was so friendly and helpful and a really good driver! The Bastei bridge area is stunning and because we were in a small friendly group we could go at our own pace and take in the different view points of rock formations and river views. Then a walk through the woods accompanied by the song of chiffchaffs, woodpeckers and goldcrests. We walked along a gorge to a boat trip admiring the splendid formations from the water. Finally a really delicious meal at a local village restaurant. It was such a lovely day. Just make sure you have a reasonable level of fitness the walk down to the gorge and then back up the other side is quite stretching.

What a wonderful day. Dalibora was a delightful guide and Milan our friendly driver. We visited Bastei which is a simply stunning place with amazing views of sedimentary rock formations and the table mountains. We walked through a forest hearing goldcrests and a black woodpecker. We descended deep into a gorge and wandered along to beautiful calming boat ride up the river. We climbed up out of the gorge for which you need a reasonable level of fitness to a very welcome and delicious meal at a local village restaurant. I have never visited that part of Saxony and Bohemia and it was simply stunning. Thanks to all.
