9:30 - Bastei Bridge & Neurathen Castle

Our first stop is the breathtaking Bastei Bridge, a famous spot perched atop a towering rock formation, offering mesmerizing views of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. A visit here is well worth the effort for its breathtaking scenery. Capture unforgettable photos of the stunning landscapes that surround you from this iconic vantage point. 11:30 - Pravcicka Gate (April - October)

The 2 km hike involves walking through scenic landscapes as we head towards the Pravcicka Gate. As you approach it from below, you will have the opportunity to connect with nature and take in the majesty with which it stands at the top of the surrounding landscape. It is the symbol of the Bohemian Switzerland National Park and you will know why, once you see it.

14:00 - A local lunch

After a demanding hike, you need to recharge your batteries, so we will stop at a traditional Czech and locally renowned restaurant. Local Czech and international dishes are served (including vegetarian options). We highly recommend trying Czech beer, which is one of the best in the world.

16:00 - Narnia maze

Tisa Rocks labyrinth, where Chronicles of Narnia was filmed. The rock city with lots of towers, small squares and mysterious corners will win you over with its captivating beauty.

18:00 - Return back to your Dresden accommodation

Spectacular Day

If you are looking for an alternative to a day in Dresden or Prague, this is the trip for you. Milan (company owner and driver) and Andrea (English speaking. guide) were great hosts who did everything possible to make this a memorable trip for everyone. Spectacular rock formations and nature viewing. Lots of education on rocks, trees and plants as well as history of this very interesting region. Really enjoyed getting to know Milan and Andrea, including a visit to their home town in the Czech Republic. Hiking was vigorous but quite manageable (I am a 68 year old in decent shape and had no problem with the hikes). Lunch was surprisingly good. All in all, a great trip!

Beautiful Hikes and great tour company

The hiking is pretty...

The hiking is pretty demanding, it is not steep but it’s long road up the mountain. It won’t be
