My boyfriend and I had a great time on our tour with Jachym and driver Juraj! We learned so much history, enjoyed the beautiful scenery, and ate a fantastic czech meal. The only unfortunate element of the day was the communication from the company. We were told to be waiting outside for the van at 7:20am and after over an hour in the cold, no one from Uniline had shown up or answered any messages, calls, or texts from myself or from the GYG customer service representative. We went back inside to try to get a refund and move our plans around to book through a different company on a later day when we saw the van pull up outside our window. We ran outside to meet the guide and then the rest of the tour was smooth from there. Apparently the message sent by the company was supposed to say “8:20am”. Other than that rough start, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend the tour to others! 100% worth the money and time. Jachym was friendly, organized, and knowledgeable.
We had an amazing experience with the Saxon Tours. The guide was amazing, he explained us everything in detail and made sure that all was taken care of. We were provided with everything they promised from food to timely pick up and drop. I would recommend them 10/10. A big thank you to saxon tours for this amazing experience, I would love to visit this place again in future.
